To legally change a vehicle’s color, owners must follow these steps:

*Visit the International Standards Section at the Technical Inspection Department.

*Obtain the necessary approval and sign a formal pledge.

*Proceed to an authorized workshop to change the vehicle’s color after receiving permission.

*Have the new color verified and certified by the International Standards Section.

*Visit the Vehicles Section to receive a new vehicle registration document reflecting the color change.

The department emphasized that changing a vehicle’s color without prior approval is a violation and will result in a financial penalty for the vehicle owner.
