Job Description
Provide accurate and timely legal advice to Business Directors, General Managers, and other staff on all corporate matters and law that impacts, or may impact, on the Company. Support Management in the identification and management of legal risks, providing timely advise and carrying out their corporate governance and regulatory compliance responsibilities.

Prepare annual plans and budgets to meet the BU / Dept strategic objectives of the Company.<
