KUWAIT CITY, : The subsidiaries of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) are undergoing leadership changes, including the appointment of deputy chief executive officers, promotions, and leadership rotations. Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) and Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC) CEO Wadha Al-Khatib appointed Fahad Saad Al-Mutairi as Deputy CEO of KIPIC’s Al-Zour Refinery and Ali Al-Ajmi as Deputy CEO of KNPC’s Fuel Supply Operations.

Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) CEO Ahmad Al-Eidan issued organizational decisions that take effect on June 4 as follows: Faisal Shanat as head of the Audit and Support Affairs Team reporting to the CEO’s Office Group Director, while the Public Affairs Team is abolished. In the Gas and Environment Directorate, Khaled Issa is appointed Director of the Drilling Group (Gas); while heads of the Gas Drilling Team and Emergency Task Force will also be appointed at a later date.

Nasser Al-Buhairi is appointed as Director of the Health, Safety and Environment Group and Fatima Al-Shamali as Director of the Human Resources Group, reporting to the Deputy CEO for Administrative and Financial Affairs. The heads of the Human Resources Studies and Payroll Management teams will be appointed at a later date. In the Medical Group at Ahmadi Hospital, the head of the Health Information Management Team will be appointed at a later date; while the Well Intervention Team in the Drilling Engineering and Well Repair Group will be abolished. Moreover, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Saud, sent a letter to the CEOs of the affiliated oil companies, the managing director for Planning and Finance at KPC, and the managing director for Human Resources and Comprehensive Services at KPC, about the disbursement of the incentive bonus to employees for fiscal 2024/2025 on June 15, 2025; except the managers and others at the same level.Kuwait landmarks
