KUWAIT CITY, Aug 8: The Ministry of Education has issued a directive to all its departments emphasizing the importance of renewing and properly maintaining the State of Kuwait’s flags. In accordance with a Cabinet decision focused on monitoring the condition of flags across government institutions, the ministry highlighted the need for ensuring the quality and correct display of the national flag.


In a statement released on Thursday, the ministry underscored the significance of the flag as a national symbol and called on all affiliated departments to regularly replace worn flags, raise new ones, and ensure their upkeep. The ministry stressed that maintaining the flag’s condition is a reflection of respect and appreciation for this important national emblem.
