The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has banned an expatriate under Article 18 to become a partner or managing partner of a company, unless he falls under Article (19).

According to local report, all renewal and amendment of existing entities in all companies where expatriate in Article 18 is a partner, will be suspended on a temporary basis.

All existing licenses in which one of the partners or managers does not fall under Article 19 will be suspended.
