KUWAIT CITY, July 22: Sources have informed Al-Anba that the Kuwaiti Civil Service Commission (CSC) is prioritizing job nominations for specialists with university qualifications or diplomas from previous employment periods, followed by those from the current period. The criteria take into account both male and female applicants.

According to the sources, candidates with the highest qualification ratings are prioritized. In cases where candidates have equal ratings, priority is given to the one who obtained the qualification first, followed by the oldest, and then the married over the single. For non-specialists, the oldest male is prioritized, followed by the divorced, the widower, and then the single. For females, the divorced and widowed are prioritized, followed by the married and the single, with the oldest who obtained the qualification given precedence if tied.

To promote justice and equality among all job-seeking citizens registered in the central employment system, the sources revealed that job nominations will be available to those registered in both the current and previous periods who have not yet been given a job opportunity or nominated in ministries or government agencies.

The sources emphasized the commission’s commitment to providing every citizen, whether university graduates or those with less than university degrees, with nominations for two job opportunities in different government agencies.

These regulatory measures are part of the new employment mechanism, ensuring that candidates who decline nominations for two different government agencies retain their right to register or re-nominate. Such candidates will be treated as first-time employment registrants within the same registration period.
