Decision to deport expatriates who violate environmental law in Kuwait. It is suggested to take strict action with the Ministry of Home Affairs. Environment Public Authority Director General Sheikh Abdullah Al Ahmed gave instructions to the Environmental Inspection and Control Department for this purpose.

It has been directed to prepare an inspection report without issuing warnings and withdraw the civil ID of such violators and submit them to the nearest police station. It has been decided to take strict action against those who violate the rules like fishing in the Gulf of Kuwait, dumping waste in unauthorized places and stealing sand. Those arrested in such cases are directed to be kept in a separate cell till the deportation process is completed.
