കുവൈറ്റിലെ ആദ്യ ഉപപ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയും ആഭ്യന്തര മന്ത്രിയുമായ ഷെയ്ഖ് തലാൽ അൽ ഖാലിദ് അൽ സബാഹ് പുറപ്പെടുപ്പിച്ച മന്ത്രിതല തീരുമാനത്തിൽ എല്ലാ സർക്കാർ, സർക്കാരിതര ഇടപാടുകളിലും സാധുവായ ഔദ്യോഗിക രേഖയായി കുവൈറ്റ് മൊബൈൽ ഐഡി ആപ്പിലെ ഡ്രൈവിംഗ് ലൈസൻസും വാഹന രജിസ്ട്രേഷനും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഡ്രൈവിംഗ് ലൈസൻസും കുവൈറ്റ് മൊബൈൽ ഐഡി ആപ്പ് വഴി വാഹനം പ്രവർത്തിപ്പിക്കാനുള്ള പെർമിറ്റും രാജ്യത്തെ എല്ലാ അധികാരികളും അംഗീകരിക്കുമെന്നും എല്ലാ സർക്കാർ, സർക്കാരിതര ഇടപാടുകളിലും അവ പ്രവർത്തിക്കണമെന്നും അവയുടെ നിലനിൽപ്പും സാധുതയും അനുമാനിക്കണമെന്നും തീരുമാനം വ്യവസ്ഥ ചെയ്യുന്നു.


A ministerial decision issued by Sheikh Talal Al Khalid Al Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of Kuwait, will accept the driver's license and vehicle registration on the Kuwait Mobile ID app as a valid official document for all government and non-government transactions. The decision stipulates that the driver's license and permit to operate a vehicle through the Kuwait Mobile ID app will be accepted by all authorities in the country, and their existence and validity will be presumed in all governmental and non-governmental transactions.
