Direct Sales Executive

Serve customers courteously and answer their questions to assist them in their product search and maintain/develop relationships with potential or existing customers.

Highlight customer comments regarding products/services offered or issues encountered in the sales process and communicate the same to the Direct Sales Team Leader and in-charge to ensure improvement initiatives are put in place.

Approach customers proactively, conduct sales visits and represent KFH at various locations outside KFH premises to increase the Bank's reach and presence.

Assist in cross-selling products and services to existing and new customers with the goal of maximizing KFH's revenue.

Provide input on customer needs to assist KFH in identifying new markets and business opportunities to develop / increase sales of KFH products and services.

Adhere to all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Eligibility Criteria:

Diploma in Business or equivalent.

Less experience:

1 year post qualification experience in retail sales in a similar position in a financial institution or retail organization.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:

Sales skills.

Handling objections.

Knowledge of banking industry products/services.

Ability to drive and achieve desired results within specified time periods.

Ability to interact with internal and external customers in a multi-cultural environment.

Ability to work under pressure.

Advanced computer and MS Office skills.

Speaking Arabic is preferred.
