Firefighters have brought under control a fire that broke out at a building in the Khaitan area of ??Kuwait early today. An explosion in an apartment on the first floor of the building spread from an outside balcony to the second and third floors, sending smoke into the apartments, causing residents to panic. The fire was put out after all the residents were evacuated. 5 people trapped in the building suffered minor suffocation and were treated as needed.
