Kuwait's Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) added residents' data service to the Sarkar Sahel application on Tuesday. The new service will give landlords access to data on occupiers and report any inaccurate data or problems with occupiers or co-owners to PACI online, a PACI press release said.
