The digital 'Haya' card issued to fans in Doha is the key to access services in Kuwait, especially visas for fans. Negotiations are underway between Kuwait and Doha on this issue. The aim is to facilitate the electronic linking process and ensure high-quality services to visitors to Kuwait by reinforcing the credibility of the cards.
