Urgently required Line Cook/Prep Cook & Barista for Chimney's Roll House co. for
immediate hiring
Main responsibilities:
- Work in a fast paced, high volume open kitchen/bakery & specialty ice cream shop
- Welcomes customers by determining their food and drinks interests and needs.
-Greeting customers with the upmost care and a smile, having a thorough understanding of our menu, our product and our company. Taking orders, accepting payments, preparing and serving orders.
- Educates customers by presenting and explaining the food and drink menu; answering questions.
- Baking, rolling and managing dough: rolling out dough, managing the grill and all orders, managing quantity of dough to be made throughout shift
- Prep station: managing and sending out orders, filling all specialty orders, with variety of fillings, toppings, ice cream etc.
- Cleaning & closing: cleaning workspace throughout shift and upon closing - carrying out heavy duty cleaning tasks of all spaces and setting up for the following day
- Maintain health and safety standards in work areas
- Be professional, polite and reliable
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning, setup/takedown, inventory and record keeping
- Teamwork is a must, contributing to quick and efficient service as well as positive team morale
- Prepares and sells coffee and milkshake drinks by following prescribed recipes and
preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, expresso, cafe latte, and cappuccino.

Requirements:

trustworthy and fun.
- Must be able to work well under pressure with a team, in fast past environment, often
while multi-tasking and in a small working space
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for food & Beverage and serving a fun, memorable experience
- Flexible: shifts can be weekdays, weekends, early morning, late nights, can be long
- Transferable visa 18 is a must
- Experience in restaurant industry and commercial kitchen(preferred)
- Valid Baladiya card (preferred)
Job Type: Permanent full-time
Salary: 200-250 KD depends on experience + Accommodation + daily meal & incentive plan
