Required Secretary (Female) for Construction Company in Hawally.
Job Description :
- Responsible for all administrative activities, coordinate between all internal and external communications.
- Prepare meeting schedules, making prior arrangements, meeting agendas, registering, typing, filing and distribution of the minutes of meeting.
- Writing reports, letters and correspondences.
- Prepare reports, documents and presentations and timesheets.
- Responsible for maintaining electronic filing system and hardcopy.
- Other secretarial/administrative duties as necessary.
Skills :
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 plus years of experience in similar position.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
