Location: Kuwait

A Min of 5 to 6 Years of Experience in relevant field is required.
i. Monitor the organization’s networks for security breaches and investigate a violation when one occurs.
ii. Secure implementations of Prevention tools and system to mitigate Vulnerabilities such as Ransomware attacks, DOS/DDOS , Phishing Emails etc.
iii. Install and use Security software’s, monitor logs for firewalls and data encryption programs, to protect sensitive information.
iv. Prepare reports that document security breaches and the extent of the damage caused by the breaches
v. Conduct penetration testing on Applications , Web Services , API’s Internally and Externally , and analyze by simulating attacks to look for vulnerabilities in the systems before they can be exploited.
vi. Research the latest information technology (IT) security trends
vii. Help plan and carry out an organization’s way of handling security
viii. Develop security standards and best practices for the organization
ix. Recommend security enhancements to management and Infrastructure Manager
x. Hardening process and enforcement to Critical systems of business such as Database , Application servers , Web Servers etc.
i. Awareness of users when they need to learn about new security products and procedures i. Ability to review security technologies for non-compliance to corporate security policies
ii. Implementation Experience of CISM & ISO 27001
iii. Thorough knowledge of PCI DSS and compliance requirements.
iv. Design the Risk Management process and Asset impact Analysis.
v. Managing and supporting user facing security technologies (MDM, Endpoint Security Technologies, Single Sign on tools)
vi. Reviewing and prioritizing vulnerability scan data.
vii. Analyzing and correlating security events collected from user facing systems.
viii. Identifying, Collecting and Analyzing security relevant logs for reporting and compliance purposes
ix. Conduct Security Awareness Sessions for all Departments ensuring the Security standards being applied.
x. Enforce Security Standards and Policies and create documents as required.
xi. Security Certifications Preferred : CCNP Security , CISSP Security+, CEH xii. Relevant Experience as Information Security Officer is a Must.
