Job Responsibilities:

• Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies

• Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts
• Respond directly to customers through social media platforms in a timely manner
• Monitor track and evaluate the effectiveness of all social media activities.

• Research and analyze social media trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects social media strategies and product offerings.

• Identify areas for improvement in promotional activities.

• Organize and attend events, press conferences, open days and exhibitions for the promotion of products and capture potential new markets.

• Provide clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress.

Work Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar community management role.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing or Finance

• Design skills including graphics and web design preferred.

• Proficient communication skills and ability to negotiate with the influencer.

• Expert marketing skills and ability to implement new and innovative marketing strategies
