A FMCG company is looking for qualified, dedicated individuals to join their growing company. Below recruitment is for food processing unit, candidates having experience with relevant industry may provide with their CVs.
HR Officer
Able to deal with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures, Consolidate HR reports
closing employee day to day queries and inquiries on company policies and procedures. Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in timely manner. Prepares letters offering and internal memos (salary certificates, NOCs). Liaise with Management for probationary period confirmation, update and maintains employees’ confidential and financial records on HRMS (promotions, raises, performance appraisals...). Familiar with SAP.

Must be Bilingual with minimum 2 years’ experience
