Asst. Manager–Parts
+7 years experience in automotive parts
Nationality: Any (Male Only)
University Degree, Age above 35, Good command in English & Computer skills
Transferable Visa, driving License
Can join ASAP
Roles:
·Assist in running parts business to ensure a suitable stock of spare parts & following up on daily sales
·Ensure accuracy of records comparing to sales & orders
·Check spare parts pricing policy
·Ensure stock data is updated
·Prepare financial & statistical reports, prepare reports to principles & ensure adherence to their yearly KPIs
·Ensure of any deviation, misuse on the part of any staff member
·Contact with workshop & Bodyshop to ensure turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs
·Provide training & guidance for employees when necessary
·Evaluate suppliers who can offer alternate parts that match quality
·Assist in pricing bids related to spare parts dept.
·Maintain regular contact with customers to build loyalty
·Work with Kerridge computer system
·Maintain positive relationship with suppliers & local agents
·Monitor & measure staff perform to achieve KPI’s set for dept.
·Develop relationships with vendors
