A reputed Catering Company in Kuwait, is looking for a SALES MANAGER.
Candidate must be based in Kuwait with transferable visa and holding valid Kuwait Driving License.
Languages : Fluency in English and Arabic
Years of experience: Min. 5 years’ in Sales Management Position
Skills and Requirements
- Kuwait Catering market and services experience is a must
- Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
- Responsible to conduct the market research and analysis, setting the Sales plan, monitoring pipeline and making sure that data posted are quality data.
- Plan strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
- Profile potential customers and generate leads for the organization as per segments.
- Responsible of tendering and bid finalization.
- High costing experience and has feasibility studies experience.
- Designs proposals & Profile competitors.
- Conduct on the field meetings to generate deals.
- Knowledge in costing studies & feasibilities
- Excellent Computer & Reporting skills.
- Ability to multi-task & work under pressure
