At Trolley General Trading Co. W.L.L, We are seeking a qualified

“Sales Associate”

▪️Responsibilities
• Maintain working relationships with existing customer to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
• Maintaining Sales floor appearance.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customer.
• Merchandise and replenish stock as directed.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling.
• Operate Till and handle financial transactions.
• Operating Cash Registers, managing financial transactions and balancing drawers.
• Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process.
• Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure company quotas and standards are being met.

▪️Qualifications:
• 2-3 years experience in sales
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with sales management software
• Higher School Education
• Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
• Strong organizational skills
