Location: Kuwait

Responsibilities :
– Receiving and processing all IT help desk requests
– Supporting and maintaining hardware, software and network equipment.
– Performs preventative maintenance on PC’s, printers, and other hardware.
– Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned. Skills
– Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, preferably in a help desk or desktop support environment.
– – Working knowledge of common hardware and popular operating systems.
– Ability to effectively communicate with employees about technology who have a wide range of technical skills.
– Genuine eagerness to train and learn about new technology and systems.
Certifications in IT field will be advantage
– Certifications in IT field will be an advantage Salary Range 300 to 400 KD
– VISA MUST BE 18 SHOULD BE TRANSFERRABLE AND 6 MONTH VALIDITY SHOULD BE THERE
