*Human Resources Officer*

- 7+ years of progressive core HR experience.
- Great with Data Analytics, HR System and advanced Excel reporting skills.
- Supporting the Development and Implementation of HR initiatives and system.
- Good hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Hands-on experience in KPI based Performance Management, Compensation Management and Organizational development projects.
- Advanced Experience in Payroll, Compensation and benefits
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent experience in Human Resources Systems and Kuwait Labour Law.
- Excellent in Computer Programs.
- Candidate must be in Kuwait and on a transferrable visa.
- Candidate can join on short notice or immediately are preferred.
