As part of an outsourcing contract, we are inviting CVs for a Junior Help Desk role from young talented candidates, primarily for attending the following job responsibilities:-

Report to Senior IT Administrator and support manager and Troubleshoot Hardware and OS related issues and submit weekly report of jobs delivered.

Network printer configuration.

Configuration/Troubleshooting of mail clients. (MS Outlook, Office 365)

Installation of Antivirus Software and update the same.

Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Windows-based desktops as well as.

Laptops. (win XP, win7, win8, win10)

Support to end-users for emails and software queries.

Video conference device configuration and troubleshooting.

Setup and configuration of IP/VoIP Phones.

Setup and installation of desktop support.

Troubleshooting basic networking issues LAN problems and cable crimping.

Installation of device OS, drivers and hardware components.

Configuration of Printer and Scanners.
