We are looking to hire:

“Contracts and Commercial Manager”

•Candidate must have bachelor degree in (Civil or Architectural) Engineering and (Preferably) M. Sc. in Contracts and Commercial Management
• Minimum 12 years of hands on experience in managing and handling
•Contacts and contractual matters related to residential construction projects with the client.
• Act as the lead in handling the contracts management in terms of negotiating, drafting, awarding contracts, executing contract obligations and handling the post-contract cost management in terms of budgeting, variations processing and management, payment certification, financial reporting
