Location: Kuwait

Position: Telephone Operator (Only for Arabic natives)

Education: A Diploma from an accredited college or high school completed

Experience:

1. At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Telephone Operator
2. Must be fluent in English and Arabic (Written & Speaking).
3. Must have the ability to competently use a multi-line telephone console and be knowledgeable in basic communication procedures.
4. Requires ability to speak clearly and concisely with a pleasant voice.
5. Must be able to work effectively as a team member and establish / maintain effective working relationships with staff, clients and partners.
6. Requires ability to follow oral and written instructions and effectively manager stressful as well as emergency situations.
7. Must be able to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
8. Must be willing to work on 24/7 shifts.

Mandatory: Must be fluent in English and Arabic (Written & Speaking).

Salary: 400 KWD with 45 KD for Mobile allowance & transport allowance. 110 KD for air ticket per year and private medical insurance.

Work Location: KGOC, Ahmadi near KNPC.
