Location: Shuwaikh

- Maintain, repair, and install food service (kitchen) related equipment as required throughout Kuwait and other duties as assigned for the efficient operation of the Maintenance Department.

- Maintain and provide for the safe condition and operation of all food service (kitchen) systems.

- Perform repairs and maintenance duties on a wide variety of kitchen and refrigeration equipment such as walk- in freezers, stove, gas range, pasta boilers, refrigerators, ice machines, washers, ovens, dryers, dishwashers, and water coolers.

- Strong keyboarding and basic computer skills.

- Need to have Kuwait Driving License.

- Experience: 4+ years in foodservice equipment and electrical works.

- Duty Hours – 8hrs + 4hrs OT
