Looking for CUSTOMER RELATION EXECUTIVE

- Evaluating customers’ needs and building proactive relationships
- Ensuring growth of overall relationship value of the customers
- Manage large amounts of incoming/Outgoing calls.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
-Develop and maintain database.
-Act as a point of contact for the candidates Requirement.
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English & Arabic
- Organizational and management skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS office
