Location: Kuwait

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate a four colors flexo printing machine with rotary die cutting and auto stacking as well as an automatic gluing machine both for carton box. You ll ensure the efficient running of production.

Responsibilities

Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.

Following work schedule

Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. Speed)

Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.

Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.

Test operation of machines periodically

Fix issues that might occur during the shift.

Handle simple Maintenance tasks and check ups for the machine including replacing parts.

Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.

Keep records of approved and defective units of the final products.

Maintain activity logs

Requirements

experience as a machine operator (3 to 5 years)

English (speaking and writing), Arabic is a plus.

Working knowledge of measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.) and hand tools.

Understanding of carton box production procedures and maintenance requirements.

Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. Keeping the work area clean)

Attention to detail

Teamwork and communication skills

Physical stamina and strength

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.
