Responsibilities

1. Tendering and preparation of technical proposals for Industrial automation projects, instrumentation and other related business opportunities.

2. Identify sales opportunities across industrial segment, get leads and convert to orders, especially in Government and Oil sectors portals.

3. Create Specifications, source vendors and follow up to procure the products on a timely manner with vendors.

4. Analyze control Systems / P and ID engineering drawings and develop preliminary technical proposals.

5. After sales Follow ups with customers in the Government/Private and Oil sectors.

6. Track sales performance and business opportunities.

7. Quick response to customers. Good listener and quick actions to resolve customer complaints concerns. Maintain good customer relations.

8. Continuously work to increase the vendor/customer base.

Requirements

1. Degree in electrical , instrumentation, control systems engineering or equivalent (KSE Certified).

2. In-depth knowledge about the Kuwait s automation market.

3. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Industrial automation contracts tendering processes.

4. Responsible, self-motivated and entrepreneurial.

5. Very good communication skills and a strong command of technical English writing skills. Arabic speaking shall be an added attribute.

6. Represent the company to conduct commercial negotiations.

7. Certifications in Industrial Control Systems. Siemens products knowledge and ISA certification is a plus.
