We are looking for 10 ticketing staff in our back office for
travel agency
• Handling all ticketing related queries like issuance, reissuance, and refund.
• Managing schedule changes on GDS.Monitoring all
Queue in every time.
• Controlling the various queues on a daily note.
• Co-operating teammates & CS Agents.
Profile & Skills Required:
• Experienced with proven travel experience in the travel
process min 3 yrs.
• Enough confidence to prepare the team to face any
challenges.
• Must have good worldwide geographical knowledge and
experience in selling travel.
• Good communication in English and Arabic
• Experience in reissue and refund with at least using 2
GDS systems (Galileo, Amadeus,).
