Chiller Operator / Chiller Technician / DX Technician.

Chiller Operator experience required: 3 to 7 years.
1. Responsible to record and operate the chillers (Air cooled/Water cooled chillers) 2. Check, Diagnosis and attend for the alarm message and capable to maintain optimum operation.
3) Chiller Technician experience required: 5 to 10 years.
1. Have good experience in all types of HVAC systems (Air cooled / Water cooled chillers) 2. Responsible for diagnosis, maintenance, repairs and operation of all electro/mechanical equipment for chilled water system.
3. Perform the Routine and preventive maintenance for the HVAC equipment and controls, fan and Blowers including troubleshooting of Motors, fan coils, VAV s heat exchangers, chillers, cooling towers, air conditioning and pumps etc for water and reciprocation, air cooled chillers; helical Screws and centrifugal equipment. DX Technician experience required: 3 to 7 years.
1. Have good experience in all types of DX systems (Trane, Carrier , SKM. Etc ) 2. Responsible for diagnosis, maintenance, repairs all types of DX system.
3. Perform the Routine and preventive maintenance for all types of DX system and controls, change fan and Blowers bearing Air Conditioner , Elect, Plumbing Helpers experience required: 2 to 3 years Requirements :- 1. High school diploma (certificate).
3. Ability to read, write and speak in English.
4. Performs all tasks as directed by work order program according to conditions and time dictated.
5. Must be available for weekend/OT when required.
