Responsibilities :
- Receiving and processing all IT help desk requests
- Supporting and maintaining hardware, software and
network equipment.
- Performs preventative maintenance on PC’s, printers, and
other hardware.
- Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, preferably in a help
desk or desktop support environment.
- Working knowledge of common hardware and popular
operating systems.
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees about
technology who have a wide range of technical skills.
- Genuine eagerness to train and learn about new
technology and systems.
Certifications in IT field will be an advantage
Salary Range 300 to 400 KD
VISA MUST BE 18 SHOULD BE TRANSFERRABLE AND 6
MONTH VALIDITY SHOULD BE THERE
