Leading Company in Kuwait is looking for a Store in
Charge/Storekeeper
Job Responsibility
• Maintain optimal stock levels.
• Inform the purchasing department well in advance about
the items that reach the re-order level to order from
supplies
• Review physical inventories periodically.
• Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity
against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or
other documents.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report
those to account for reimbursements and record-keeping.
• Make clear notes of the items against each invoice.
• Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.
• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning,
packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all
documentation to confirm proper stock and maintain
inventory control.
• Coordinate the handling of freight.
• Compile’s report of expenditure, and monthly stock
report.
Job Requirements:
• Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory
management.
• Familiarity with best practices and standards in
warehouse environment analytical mind with an ability to
make accurate mathematical computations

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of (3-5) years’ experience in
storekeeping, Inventory control.
• Attributes: Ability to Manage and train store staff. well
versed with computer applications (mandatory)
