Job Description
-All end to end recruitment activities, high volume of blue
collars.
-Source and recruit candidates by using database, social
media etc.
-Screen resumes and job applications.
-screen candidates in person/ via telephonic.
-Develop and maintain database.
-Act as a point of contact for the candidates Requirement.
- Should be graduate.
- Knowledge in civil/electrical/mechanical field will be an
added advantage.
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English (Arabic will
be an added advantage)
- Organisational and management skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS office.
