Job Description for Senior Sales Officer:

• Assisting less experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical questions

posed by customers during outbound telephone calls.

• Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold calling, and

email communications.

• Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing customers

• Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.

• Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine

customer preferences.

• Creating and maintaining daily sales action from planning and execution and

reporting it to the management in weekly bases.

• Planning and executing procedure to generate new prospects and leads.

• Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.

• Promptly submitting customer's purchase orders to the relevant department for

processing.

• Doing presentations regarding company products to show clients.

• Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain

customer loyalty.

• Communicating with stakeholders and building positive relations with them to

generate new leads.

• Reaching sales targets and applying sales policies

Job Specifications for Senior Sales Officer:

• Qualifications: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

• Experience: 5- 8 years in manufacturing, project or retail sales.
