Job Description for Head of Sales:

• Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the

company’s sales goals

• Prepare sales forecasts and KPI reporting for upper management, for use in

organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic

planning.

• Land and expand: Build the process for the sales funnel in order to initiate the

needed efforts to close the sales targets.

• Supervising and monitoring all the management jobs that relate to project sales,

retail sales and bulk sales

• Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing.

• Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.

• Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.

• Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both

externally and internally.

• Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain

customer loyalty.

• Communicating with stakeholders and building positive relations with them to

generate new leads.

• Reaching sales targets and applying sales policies.

• Generate daily activities for sales staff to show daily actions to achieve the

company’s targets.

• Maintain the sales culture within the sales team.

• Motivating team members to achieve targets set by the company.

Job Specifications for Head of Sales:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree

• Experience: 7 years’ experience in sales management

• Skills:

• Characteristics:
