Job Description for Inventory Master Coordinator:
• Plan all inventory resources and activities in relation to the objectives and set
targets.
• Developing and maintaining Inventory procedures, policies and Reports.
• Reporting to the management on a weekly basis.
• Executing, monitoring and reporting all types of cycle counting within all
warehouse management systems deployed at Home and Garden
• Report and resolve all inventory variance, non- compliance and results.
• Ensure all necessary audits carried out.
• Coordinates inventory information with warehouse, scheduling, and purchasing.
• Maintain an inventory system to track products received, deliveries and
adjustments.
• Perform inventory cycle counts, make accurate adjustments, and reconcile any
discrepancies.
• Prepare and complete inventory counts for month end.
• Perform clerical support work as needed and managing inventory related team.
Job Specifications for Inventory Master Coordinator:
• Qualifications: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Management or
Accounting.
• Experience: 5- 8 years in manufacturing or retail inventory experience.
