JOB DESCRIPTION
Preparing vacancy announcements and memos.
• Maintains recruitment resources, screening local and overseas applicants, assisting department managers in evaluating applicants, reviewing employment offers for compliance to Kuwait labor law.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Formulate Job profiles, Job description and Job specification.
• Provide technical assistance to field personnel as required (explanation of policies, benefits, and procedures)
• Maintain confidentially concerning personnel actions, legal actions, termination and non- renewal documents, updated employee profiles/paperwork, and organizational plans.
• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures according to Kuwait labor law.
• Serve as a resource for all team members by being available and accessible to discuss all human resources related issues and provide leadership in effective conflict resolution for all personnel.
• Attending all training and sessions that is beneficial to the entire company.
• Execute monthly payroll, monthly overtime, monthly deductions through the basis of their daily attendances and pay plan and benefits program.
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures and Nurture a positive working environment.
• Provide counselling and support on procedures and policies that support the performance of the company.
• Create, implement, and manage on- boarding and create training plan budget for employees.
