1- "F&B Cost Controller"
• Calculating costs of food and beverage items.
• Short and long-term planning of the F&B controlling and pricing aspects.
• Record information and produce control reports periodically to help maintain a suitable inventory of food and beverage items.
• Change the price of menus items based on the costing information.
• Actively take part in engineering the menu in terms of the pricing.

2- "PURCHASING OFFICER"
• Research potential vendors.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Review quality of purchased products
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

3- "RECEIVING & STORE KEEPER"
• Receive, store and issue supplies for the day to day operations.
• Work closely with purchasing department.
• Keeping storage and receiving areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Maintains par stock, inventory and stock records every month and compiles records of expenditures / consumptions etc.
