Supervised by: Head of Sales

Job Location: H&G Head Office

Working days: 6 Days (Saturday — Thursday)

Working Hours: Two working shifts

Vocation: “Labour law rules”

Salary Package: Basic Salary Plus Commission “to be discussed”

Job Description for Senior Sales Officer:

• Assisting less experienced Soles Representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers during outbound telephone calls.

• Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold calling. and email communications.

• Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing customers

• Preparing regular soles reports as well as soles territory plans.

• Researching competitors’ products. pricing. and product success to determine customer preferences.

• Creating and maintaining daily soles action from planning and execution and reporting it to the management in weekly bases.

• Planning and executing procedure to generate new prospects and leads.

• Developing innovative soles strategies to achieve soles goats.

• Promptly submitting customers purchase orders to the relevant deportment for processing.

• Doing presentations regarding company products to show clients.

• Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.

• Communicating with stakeholders and building positive relations with them to generate new leads.

• Reaching sales forgets and applying soles policies
