Job Description for Head of Retail:

• Training, supervising and appraising retail staff.

• Maintaining statistical and financial records.

• Dealing with customer queries and complaints.

• Overseeing pricing and stock control within the retail basis.

• Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting and coordinating with sales to

achieve targets.

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.

• Liaising with head office.

• Dealing with retail enquiries.

• Handling operations in the boutique.

• Maintaining the appearance of the show room, cleanliness, structure and

maintaining the proper corporate image.

• Arranging the products of the company within appropriate zones.

• Receiving inventory, handling, managing and updating the records.

• Handling all the operation aspects in terms of retail sales.

Job Specifications for Head of Retail:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business fields

• Experience: 5- 7 years in any operational management field

• Skills:

− Store Management

− Leadership

− Product knowledge

− People Management

− Inventory control

− Supervision

− Reporting skills

• Characteristics:

− Ability to engage and communicate with senior leaders

− Result orientated

− Excellent communication skills

− Ability to make decisions in complex situations
