Looking for IT support
Job Purpose:
Provide production support to the business covering applications and project management adhering to company policies and standards and local laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary in-country support for applications.
Support 3rd party applications owned and/or used by business like central bank.
Problem and Project management covering technology applications and systems.
Assist and backup other technology staff as per assignments.
Coordination of user participation in local, regional and global technology projects and initiatives.
Plan and propose systems enhancements/fixes and implement as per set of processes.
Perform reviews and control functions related to technology operations as per assignments.
Ensure technology services provided to the business are in compliance with the Corporate Standards.
Maintain high quality standards supporting technology applications and systems including smooth operation and communication with all departments and staff.
Problem, Change and Project Management for technology applications and systems including coordination between users and other Citi s technology groups.
User acceptance testing coordination for regional rollouts and implementation projects.

Organizational and planning skills
High Communication skills
Languages: speaking/writing and reading is a must, Arabic is good to have.
Ability to work under pressure
