GWR Consulting is looking for a:

Freelance Food Safety Auditor in Kuwait.

The candidate must have a VALID RESIDENCY in the country he/she is applying to below are the details of the job vacancy:

Responsibilities:

The candidate will:

Perform Food Safety inspections on F&B outlets as per the Codex & local regulations

Write a Food Safety report summarizing the observations and non-conformity found during the inspection with suitable action plan(s)

Train kitchen employees on Food Safety, whenever required

Qualifications:

The candidate must have a:

BS in Food Sciences; Human Nutrition and Dietetics; Food Biochemistry; Food Microbiology or any other related field

Basic Food Safety training (Level 2). Advanced Food Safety trainings is a plus

Skills:

Time management

Team work

Languages:

Fluent in English (spoken, written and read)

Arabic is a plus

Other:

Candidate must have a laptop; smart phone and internet connection

Candidate must be technology friendly
