A leading marketing company is looking to hire Male Merchandiser to work in Electronics showrooms and Hypermarkets.
Candidate should have excellent communication in English, Arabic will be added advantage.
Understand the coverage and display objectives of the brand and manager product merchandising in assigned territories.
Merchandisers will handle product display in the selected accounts.
Will be responsible for the distribution and maintenance of POS materials.
Planogramming will be responsible on how and where specific products should be placed on shelves or displays in order to increase visibility and customer purchases.

OOS situation reporting monitor stock situation and report daily.
Market feedbacks on products engage with customers and get feedback.
Competitive Intelligence report on promotional activities, RSP monitoring, new innovations.
Route planning/scheduling
Shop Floor Staff Training provide updated product info and conduct training to shop floor staff.
Provide overall reports, weekly and monthly.
Including placement and removal of old POS material.
-POS material: Sticker, wobbler, tent cards, flyers etc.
-Monitoring of benchmark competitors (max 4 per category)
-Categories covered: Laundry, Dishwashing, Cooking, Cooling, Consumer products.
Monitoring of POS situation + Placement of POS material + Maintenance of POS + Competitor Monitoring + Reporting.

Required candidate should have Kuwait driving license with car.
