Preparing all the technical office work for testing and balancing.

Reading the submittals completely to take out data required for checking the performance of AHU, FCU, FANS, PUMPS, CHILLERS, and COOLING TOWERS.

Reading all the Shop drawings, AS-Built drawings for complete HVAC (Air and Water Side) system.

Ability to lead complete project with handling all issues and cooperate with all other department (Electrical, Civil,etc,.).

Solving technical issues and helping technicians to carry out the work in a correct manner.

Reading and analyse the draft technical reports received from the TAB Technician after the balancing of the HVAC system.

Familer with NEBB equirment and standerd

NEBB Certified Technician is advance

Capability to award any other certificate related to Testing and Commissioning
