For a multi-disciplined and professional engineering and construction management firm based in Kuwait. We are looking for young, energetic and experienced professionals for the following positions:
1. Technical Assistant
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma
Should be fluent in speaking and writing in English. Knowledge in Arabic will be an added advantage. Shall be responsible to follow-up day today activities warehouse with other divisions. Shall be coordinate with the assigned Supervisor of the site in order to execute day to day job. Should be University Graduate with an experience of minimum 5 years or Diploma holder with an experience of 6 Years in related activities of Warehouse or Procurement.
2. Store Assistant
Qualification: Diploma
Should have adequate previous experience in a Storage or Materials Organization. Should be able to control assigned labor and carry out tallying and other simple store keeping functions. Should be able to issue and receive the materials during shift. Must be able to demonstrate simple administrative functions such as filing and document sorting, should be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English, Knowledge in Arabic an added advantage, Good knowledge of PC operations. Minimum 5 years of work experience is required.
3. Stock Checker
Qualification: Diploma
Shall be able to prepare yearly stock check plan. Ensure to check all the materials in the Warehouse as per the agreed plan (both scheduled and unscheduled). Shall be able to lead group of Store Assistants. Shall coordinate with KNPC Controller Warehouse and KNPC Stock Check team of the respective site, to verify and clarify the discrepancies and observations. To submit daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly report to the Company assigned representatives. Should be Diploma holder with an experience of 5 years in Warehouse operations. Should be fluent in speaking and writing in English. Knowledge in Arabic will be an added advantage.
4. Store Keeper
Qualification: Diploma
Receive all materials (stock and direct charge) from suppliers against purchase orders, Check material specifications, prepare MRR (Material Receiving Report) and bin the material in proper location, Issuing material to users against stores issue vouchers, Delivery of materials and chemicals to various units, Verification of stock discrepancies reported by stock checkers to ascertain correctness, Physical reservation of materials for shutdown jobs, Supervise correct safe loading and unloading, storage of materials with heavy equipment, Should be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English, Knowledge in Arabic an added advantage, Familiar with PC operation. Should be with an experience of 5 years in Warehouse operations.
5. Gate Pass Coordinator
Shall be able to receive instructions both in Arabic and English. Shall have knowledge of typing in both Arabic and English. Shall be able to coordinate with Company Security, Vendors, transporters, drivers etc for resolving any gate pass enquiry. Minimum 5 years of work experience is required.
6. Rigger Foreman
Qualification: Diploma/10 Years School /Previous Approvals and Third Party Approvals.
Shall be able to supervise riggers, shall be of good physique, and in good health, Shall be able to receive simple instructions in one of the languages in common usage in the Company i.e. Arabic or English.
Shall be familiar with crane and forklift operations and have an extensive knowledge of wire rope sizes and capacities, safe working loads, safety equipment, crane signals, safe ground conditions and out rigger positions. Minimum 5 years of work experience is required.
7. Rigger
Qualification: 10 years School /Previous Approvals and Third Party Approvals.
Shall be of good physique, and in good health, shall be able to receive simple instructions in one of the languages in common usage in the Company i.e. Arabic or English. Shall be familiar with crane and forklift operations and have a working knowledge of wire rope sizes and capacities, safe working loads, safety equipment, crane signals, safe ground conditions and out rigger positions. Minimum 5 years of work experience is required.
8. Mechanic /Maint. Technician
Qualification: Diploma
Shall have experience in performing maintenance (both preventive and corrective) of all the equipment and vehicles under the Contractors responsibility in safe manner as per Company HSE guidelines. Shall perform daily check on all the equipment and vehicles. Should be Diploma holder with 4 years experience in maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
9. Carpenter
Qualification: 10 years School
Shall have previous work experience in carpentry. Shall be able to demonstrate all basic carpenter skills, working to drawings and sketches for simple Fabrications, cut accurately basic joints, shall be able to construct open reseal packing cases and accurately fabricate wooden pallets, repair and re-fabricate wooden pallets etc.
10. Labour
Qualification: 10 years School
Shall be of good physique, and in good health, able to receive simple instructions in one of the languages in common usage in the Company i.e. Arabic or English, Capable of General Stores duties such as Materials Handling, Cleaning, Document Conveying and the operation of simple machinery such as pallet trucks and simple reproduction / photocopying equipment.
