We are looking to hire:

“Technical Support Engineer”

• Relevant Education, Knowledge and Experience:
• Bachelors. Degree in Telecommunication/ Communication/ Engineer
• Minimum 1 years of experience
• Familiar with maintenance procedures, analytical skills on equipment interoperability and service issues.
• High level of product knowledge, robust analytical skills to reproduce and isolate product defects.
• Deep experience of Huawei products’ troubleshooting, configuration and maintenance.
• Deep experience with Huawei NMS U2000 virtualized platform maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Deep experience with DCN network design, maintenance and troubleshooting.
