We are looking to hire:
“Print Production Officer”
▪️Job Responsibilities
• Schedule and coordinate all packaging production phases performing closely with internal designers as well as print suppliers.
• Develop printing and production job parameters and research production alternatives inclusive of sourcing vendors, paper stocks and production materials review.
• Controlling print flow, checking schedules for printing
• Requests for competitive bids and negotiates with vendors and suppliers to perform print jobs
• Initiate all production estimations and purchase orders apt for packaging art along with print materials.
• Review mechanical files plus printing proofs for precision.
• Manage and oversee art release along with production of entire product renderings.
• Maintain proactively company files to ensure all product shots, text and logos are included and updated.
• Develop and distribute sample packaging and product mock-ups.
• Estimate print production projects and perform with outside suppliers to obtain quotes.
• Head responsibility for quality control onprint projects and oversee all print production deliveries.
