RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES
• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Monitoring Stock / Stock Management – Must be able to manage stock i.e. , receive and record the stock
• Keeping stock control by maintaining the requisite stock
• Handling internal transfers
• To monitor performance of duties by various warehouse personnel and ensure proper time management.
• Communicating and coordinating with logistics and customers for arranging delivery timings.
• Managing and maintenance of RMA (RMA stands for return merchandise authorization. It's the process of returning a product to a business to receive a refund, replacement, or repair.)
• Preparing Deliveries
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
• Proficiency in English is a MUST.
• Computer excellence is a MUST
• Must have 2-5 years of experience in the same position using inventory software
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Problem-solving skills.
