3.Provide Telephonic counselling

5.experience in Study abroad or Immigration industry is preferred.

2) Human Resources Recruiter
Actively involved in the implementation of recruitment polices and procedures participate in manpower planning and monitor process ef ciency in order to achieve related objectives timely.
Execute external (overseas or local) and internal recruitment process for all open positions.
Follow up with hiring depts.
Handle Clients and coordinate with them filling Thier vacancies.
Coordinate onboarding
Analyze the turnover
Regularly check and track company portal website and other job portals with respect to vacancies, job postings and applicants and update direct manager for further process.
Assigning assessment tools and conducting Psychometric and practical assessments for particular positions to facilitate the selection process and accuracy.
Participate and prepare for Career fairs
Dealing with manpower and recruitment agencies and other concerned external parties Responsible for exit interview and analysis related to.
